How do I place my order?
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Browse through the Product Menu on the left of the screen, click on the item/s that you are interested in from the list of products, and use the drop-down Menu where applicable to select the size/style you would like to order and add to your 'Shopping Basket' by clicking on either the 'BUY' or 'ADD TO BASKET' buttons located beside each product.
You can then either click on the 'Continue Shopping' button to continue shopping, or proceed to 'Checkout'. You may view your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking on the 'Items in Cart' link situated at the top left of the screen. It lists your current Shopping Basket contents and the total cost excluding shipping.
To remove products, simply change the quantity of your item to and click on the 'Update Basket' button to update. Once you reach 'Checkout' you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to satisfy your order and advise of your final total inclusive of shipping. You will not be charged for any items you place in your Shopping Basket until you have fully completed 'Checkout'.
** When completing 'Checkout' you will be given the option of registering with our website (enabling you to keep track of your orders via our secure Members Area) but you're more than welcome to use our website whether you register or not. **
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in all currencies via Credit/Debit Card through our secure server, as well as *PayPal and *NoChex (*whether you have an account with them or not) Cheque, Money Order or Cash.
Which currencies do you accept?
All prices are stated in United Kingdom Pound Sterling. To pay via International Money Order or Cheque in a currency other than Pound Sterling, please contact us and we will advise of your final total in line with our banking providers' currency conversion rates.
What are your shipping costs?
We ship worldwide at the following flat shipping rates:
Within the UK - £3.50
Europe - £5.00
USA & Canada - £7.00
Rest of World - £10.00
No matter how large your order, you will never be charged more than the above shipping amounts, whether you purchase 1 or 100 items!
How will my item be shipped?
United Kingdom orders are despatched via First Class Mail, and international orders via Airmail, in discreet packaging. Both shipping methods include insurance of up to £34 for your peace of mind. If you require insurance over £34 please let us know.
When will my item be shipped?
All orders are despatched within 7-14 days of payment clearance. However, in the unlikely event of your item/s being out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will of course contact you with expected delivery times and you may cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you require your item/s for a specific date, please E-mail Us before placing your order to enquire if this will be possible. 'Express Delivery' is available at extra cost.

How do I cancel my order?
After placing your order, providing it has not been despatched you are welcome to cancel it within 7 days.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been despatched you are more than welcome to *return it to us in exchange for store credit or refund. *Exceptions apply - please see our 'Returns Policy' for further details.
