Returns Policy
Your order (excluding lingerie and clothing) can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn and complete with original tags and packaging to qualify.
For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to return as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened. Any returns received in an unacceptable condition or outwith our 7 day timescale will be returned to you at cost to yourself.
Please note that we do not refund postage costs, nor do we bear the postage cost of alternative items.
All goods returned to us from outside the UK must have "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINALLY FROM THE UK" marked clearly on the package.
